I had some sort of flu like bug in late January, as did several people in the office.

Same here. In January something hit me like a freight train. Zero energy, fever, slight cough and congestion. Really felt wiped out. Stayed in the bed two days. Pretty sure it was the Kung Flu.
I had the same exact thing in late Jan. Thought it was the flu. 5 days of total fatigue. Other symptoms relatively minor. Wife caught COVID in Mar, confirmed via 3 antibody tests. She still has the antibodies. Total loss of smell for her and minimal other effects.
Mine was in Dec, leading up to Christmas through about new years. No doctor visit, toughed it out.
December here as well, went through half my family, and in the next few months the rest got it as well. Had a nasty cough for a month after getting out of bed.
same december.
I did 4 weeks ago.. And it sucked. Lost smell and taste for a month. Had fatigue on par with mono for 3 weeks. Definitely more than a flu, but also definitely artificially hyped by the media. When people say covid does not exist they A. Havent had it or know someone that did. Or B. Had it asymptomatically but didn't know it. But most in the know don't reject covids existence. They reject the idea that its the bubonic plague.
When I say "it doesn't exist" I am relying on the following facts:
There was a bad flu that ripped through the entire world in the winter of 19-20. Germany actually tested to see what viruses caused what and they said there was no change from previous years -- same old same old.
The flu virus is bad stuff. It's not a joke. It changes every year. We should take it more seriously.
I'm pretty certain I had it November 2019. and I had thought it was the toughest cold I caught in history, perhaps ever. it took more time than usual to heal, and the headache was atrocious.
Exact. Same. Scenario.
I'm one of those "never really gets sick, except when it's a real bad cold every few years" types, but by God in November I had the WORST cough I've ever had in my life.
Literally coughed non-stop, all night and all day, for an entire month!
It was so insane my wife FORCED ME to go see the doctor (again, because of the above I've only ever been like once) because it was keeping her awake at night.
They gave me cough suppressants, and that calmed the coughing back down to a normal amount of "flu-like" coughing.
Then the reports came out way later about China lying about when this all started and was like: "Wait a fucking minute, back in November I was basically..."
Still 90% convinced that might have been it.
Here.... I also feel that Covid testing picks up a positive when someone has the flu. The fact that you need to do a brain swab on such an infectious virus has me scratching my head.
Look up “Theragripper swabs john hopkins” and tell me thats not scary: https://hub.jhu.edu/2020/11/25/theragripper-gi-tract-medicine-delivery/
My whole restaurant got it back in January. I member thinking i never saw a flu run so rampant before....
My wife and I both had the worst flu we have ever had waaaay back in December last year. Like knocked out of commission for a few weeks. I couldn't even hold a can of 7Up straight enough to drink. It was miserable.
Just earlier this week, reports are starting to suggest we may have had Covid landfall in the States as early as November.
That was me too. In December last year. Thought I was gonna die. Walk in clinic said it was NOT flu. OK then what? My wife won't let me back in the house lol.
It was in the US last November. It just wasn't "election year" ready to promote yet
At that time the Left's plan to get rid of Trump was still fake impeachment and trying to get him to start a war against Turkey.
I sprained my ankle jumping over a bike so I definitely had covid. Wasn't as bad as they say. Recovered in 3 days.
I just posted about this earlier. My whole family has had it...all 7 of us. It was less than nothing.
I had it, put me in bed for 3 days with crazy headaches, once headaches went away, fatigue for another 3-4 days
Wow. That's the first I've ever heard of that. I know about 50 people that have had it and a headache was the worst I heard. About 7 to 10 people had it. The others just said they were achy.
I was in Seattle in January, 2020. Everyone on the plane was coughing. Husband and I got a weird flu that knocked us on our back for two days. Wouldn't be surprised if it was kung flu.
Where I work, back in the middle of March 6 people went out sick at the same time. Two were hospitalized within about 10 days. My employer had us all tested. My test came back positive, while my co-worker who rides in my truck with me every day all day tested negative. I was sent home and I isolated in my home office. It was suggested I not even play with or pet my dogs. Two days later I got pretty sick. Like I had a massive Tequila hangover for 15 days, most of the symptoms. Loss of smell, taste, fatigue, felt like I'd been run over by my own truck etc etc. On the fourth day I was sick, I got a call from work. One of the people that got hospitalized passed away. Ex-marine, late 30's, three kids. Saw that person at work every day for several years. Was shocked and scared AF. While I know there is something out there making some of us sick. We also have no way of knowing exactly what killed my co-worker, just what we were told. I still feel like this whole thing is a total scam to control the masses and wreak havoc on our economies, livelihoods, and mental state. I'll also add, I had the exact same symptoms back at end January, first of February for almost 3 weeks felt like ASS, but had never heard of covid. <shrugging>
It is now!
Exactly, indeed it is not. I cannot swear I had it ... ONLY being told and seeing the positive test that I had it. Those tests are total bunk as well |c:
More than likely your co-worker had an underlying issue that was either killing him to begin with or had nuked his immune system. Or, like my Uncle he may have let it turn into something like pneumonia and didnt seek treatment quickly enough.
Exactly, and the ONLY information we got was when two of his young adult kids came up to the main offices and said that it was covid. We have absolutely no proof of this, other than what they were told. Of course the obituary stated complications from covid19. |c: I'm not buying all the rest of us recovered. YUGE Scam........... |c:
I think I had it in March right when everything was shutting down. My sister was in town for Spring break, and we had been out and about shopping and going to restaurants all week long. I then got a really weird sickness. I had the worst shortness of breath I've ever had in my life. Walking across a room left me winded. I was sick for a week and started to feel better and then it came back and I was sick again for another week which was weird. I had a horrible cough that lingered until May.
I have asthma, so sickness usually goes to my lungs, but I've never experienced shortness of breath like that in my life. It felt like someone was sitting on my chest. It was so bizarre. No one was testing, then, and I only go to the doctor if I'm dying anyways. So maybe it was just a really bad cold, but I had every symptom except for fever. (I hardly ever run fever, so this also wasn't unusual for me).
When this whole thing first started I watched a video with Dr. Shiva. I had never heard of him. He said some vitamin cocktail to take to stay clear of the Covid. We’ve taken that daily since and add zinc in every couple weeksz
Vitamin C, D, and zinc
Vitamin A, vitamin c, vitamin D, zinc and Beto carotene. I’m no doctor. https://www.theenergyblueprint.com/dr-shiva-covid-19/
Here is the whole interview in text and the video might be there. This was from March/April and Dr, predicted many things happening now.
The same stack protects you from the cold and flu. I also learned about Elderberry from Infowars.
They say elderberry is very BAD for Covid. IDK why? It’s generally my got To for colds.
I don't know about it being bad, my whole family has been taking it since march. Baby sister had covid symptoms and it helped her get back on her feet in no time.
I've told this story a bunch. In December, 2019 I had what I thought was the flu. Went to walk in clinic. NOPE no flu, have a nice day. I had a 103 temp, chills, lungs felt like glass shards when I breathed. Wife and kid had miserable coughs. I thought it almost killed my mother but apparently not because she has it right now and is in the hospital.
I was really surprised to hear she got it. I had the fire department at her apartment because she fell and they had to break in last Friday. So after they left I cleaned up and fed the cat etc. Then later that night they tell me she is Covid positive. Fuck. I have a test scheduled for this Friday. My buddy also ended up with pneumonia in January. Seems odd a relatively healthy guy gets it after coming back from Vegas for New Years?? I bet it was Covid.
I did have it. In August. I was quarantined for nearly 3 weeks.
It was a mild flu. The bitch was that it lingered for more than two weeks, but it wasn't bad. Low grade temp in the second half of the day. Felt 'fluish' during that time. Mornings I'd wake up normal, clean the house, do the dishes, and get my cooking out of the way. Then I'd get the 'whoosh' and my temp would spike. I'd watch tv until bed time.
That was it. It never touched my lungs. More GI symptoms than anything.
Doc said that was typical.
I did take HCQ. I don't know if that's what made it so mild or not. But that's my experience.
Nobody can explain why I still have to wear the face diaper and do social distancing. smh
Pretty sure I had it right at New Years. Felt like a comon cold except for the massive headache that came and went for 2 days and some shortness of breath. Lasted about 5 days and I was good.
Early March for me. It was nothing major.
Our whole Family thinks my Wife had it a month ago. Headache, no taste, no smell, mild aches. No fever or cough though. Took her 2 weeks for her senses to come back. She tested negative but her work waited for her to take a test until her symptoms were gone. I had a headache but that could have been attributed to a pulled groin 🤣.
I’ve already had it, it was barely a cold for me. I had congestion for a couple days and fatigue for about a week. My wife had all the symptoms, fever, lost taste and smell, body aches. The difference between us is I take vitamin D and C everyday. She does now too lol
My wife had it when she was pregnant(9th month) got the test since the moron of a doctor insisted on it, my Dad had a severe fever for a day, stuffed him with antibiotics and HCQ he got over it in a day. I didn't have any symptoms.
same here late Feb
Caught some nasty ass bug after a week in Orlando at the end of January
I have it right now. Not too bad. Flu is definitely worse
Yes. January, I was in NYC, came home, and got sick a few days later. Fever, chills, cough, chest pain, weird rash on my joints and malaise for 5 solid days. Gradually recovered at about two weeks. I thought it was a bad flu.
I also work in a hospital, and receive mandatory flu vaccination in October every year. I was angry that the flu vaccine I received didn’t even seem to slow this flu that I had down. I am near certain now that it was COVID-19.
I'm sure I had it in February. I thought it was just a garden variety cold but the fatigue was miserable and lasted for days. I actually took a week of sick leave to recuperate and I work from HOME...
Suspect I had in in March 2020. Was well rested all week and went to bed on a Friday night and slept 14 hours.
Woke up feeling achey like I had been beaten all over. Headache, fatigue.
Worst of symptoms passed in 3 days, I was not bed ridden but operating at 50%. Fatigue lasted several weeks
Never had anything like it in my (30 year) life
Had it in early December. I went to Osaka for a week and was coughed on by hundreds of Chinese tourists. Pretty bad cough for 3 weeks.
I am pretty sure I would have tested positive to COVID 2 years ago
I was diagnosed with “viral upper respiratory infection, not flu” in late February/early March. Had a positive “nose dip” in June. Of course, with the shitty tests, it could have meant anything.
So, I have.
Don't know. Don't care.
How many pedes do you think had the common cold?
My wife and I (and probably the kids) are just getting over it. Felt like a cold, albeit a bad one. It wasn't fun but I've been sicker. Headaches (which I get normally), slight fever, loss of smell, and body aches. The bad symptoms were over after a few days. I still don't have all of my smell back and there's still some lingering stuffiness and fatigue but not too bad at all really.
Same here, however I did have an antibody test this summer and it was negative so who knows?
January 3rd I had a massive headache and my sinus hurt worse than ever before and I had a fever. Only lasted one day. My wife also was sick the week before.
I think I had it back in February. Very sick for 2 whole weeks, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, no smell/taste, ended up having to the to the hospital eventually because it wasn't going away and they gave me Dexamethasone and it cleared up almost immediately.
Same (Jan). Was tired and took off sick for a day.
Positive I had it following Christmas while my dad was in the hospital for gallbladder surgery. I lost my sense of taste and smell for about a week and half. I suffer from migraines too so the headaches were present but not say ruining relative to migraine pain. Felt run down for about two more weeks until it passed and I went to NAMM in Anaheim, Ca. with a few friends. Wouldn’t you know it? They all got stupid sick a few days after NAMM and I felt great. One of my buddies who attended NAMM with me had a cough for 3 weeks and felt like ass for the same duration.
Our entire town got sick with a 3 week flu like virus in January 2020. We know because we have a very active Facebook "Township Chatter" group. Of the town, only 2-3 people were hospitalized and no one passed away. The teenagers only got a bad cold symptoms and none of the children got sick at all. Thousands of households.
I definitely had it. The flu with a bit more symptoms. Nothing like the MSM hyped it up to be though!
Wife and I both had it middle of October. 1 day of slight fever, decent body aches, fatigue and headache. Symptoms lightened over the course of 4 to 5 days, and neither of us missed a day of work. Wife lost taste and smell about 6 days after initial symptoms. She's a nurse and felt guilty working knowing now she likely had covid, so went and got tested. Most of my immediate family members got it around the same time with similar symptoms. My parents are 65 and 67 and had the worst of it, with my dad developing pneumonia. Everyone is gtg now. Definitely a real thing but certainly not worth forcing people to miss weeks of work, lose jobs or shutdown "non-essential🙄 business" over IMO.
Yes, but we all know it is not that serious, unless of course it is accompanied by a wreck, electrocution, fall, or machine shop accident.
