California has been giving illegals licenses for years. Some use stolen SSNs, but you only need a SS card for a real ID here. You are also auto registered to vote by getting one.
Driver's licenses etc. would need to then include some type of citizenship marker, as several Blue states give driver's licenses to ineligible voters (illegals)
