This is all so ridiculous, if minorities are screwed out of voting because they do not have access to or resources for ID, the answer is to eradicate that problem, not to clear the way for fraud. How are people so easily led?
I refuse to believe they have no id, they need an id for public assistance, alcohol, tobacco products, etc. Its only convenient to claim people don't have an id when it comes to voting
How did these people sign up for welfare/government benefits with no ID? Answer: you can't. If you AREN'T signed up for benefits, it most likely means you are employed somewhere, also having an ID. If you aren't either one of these, you are an undocumented hostage somewhere. Send us a signal, we'll come help you.

Regardless of anyone's race, creed, origin, etc if you can't figure out how to get a free ID you're either too incompetent to participate as a voter or you are unauthorized to vote. Plus if you're that dumb and low on life's ladder, then you're probably also a racist! Irony!

Every state offered the cards for free to those with "limited resources". And most offered to go to the home of those who had difficulty travelling.
