They better be forced to get specific on that "water leak". If it was the sprinkler system, they would be forced to evacuate the entire building that was part of that system, for safety reasons. If it was a normal water leak they would have to shut the water off in order to fix it, which means no bathroom use in a very busy building for the supposed 2 hour window. So many people would have been effected by a water leak that it would be undeniable that it happen, if it did happen.
