Canada does training with China on occasion, nothing large scale, small exchanges.
Before you freek out, the US has cooperative exercises with China as well. Mostly for humanitarian and disaster relief operations.

We’re in the right in the midst of the culmination of an attempted coup of our nation by foreign powers.
I’d say any suspicions about foreign troops gathering anywhere near our borders is a completely natural and expected response at this point.
