martial law is a constitutional mechanism and falls under the purview of the president. he should consider all options at this point since the alternative is civil war.

I hear you but I think it's important to ready the mind for that possibility. The criminals want to slow cook us so resistance never quite boils over.

Limited martial law is different than a hard martial law.

Well if you read Flynn's tweet saying we need martial law, they're suggesting a limited martial law to do a re-vote only for federal elections administered by the military with paper ballots because it's clear that city politicians are inexorably corrupt.
I'm totally for it. Trump would win all 50 states. Then it'd be clear he has the support of the people and can start making arrests and the hangings can commence.
People are acting like the legal way through the courts won't work. Especially after the hearings, the chances of winning the legal way has shot up. Martial Law is just the last resort.
And ignoring that we need a backup plan is stupid and naive.
Martial law is following the Constitution.
Nobody is advocating for martial law/insurrection act right at this very moment. If the courts and legislatures fail us, then it is the time for violence. However, Trump needs to see and hear support for these actions so that if/when the time comes he can be confident that millions of people across the country support military action. There needs to be a loud outcry now so, God forbid, he doesn’t get cold feet if the situation demands it.
