I think at this point it's mostly Chinese propaganda ops & other agenda-pushing bots funded by various 3-letter agencies + think tanks.
Add to that the fact Twitter is known to boost comments which push their narrative and hide the ones that go against it, and you have a seriously manufactured echo chamber of the NWO / MSM approved talking points.
Don't take them too seriously as anything beyond that.
