Not a doomer, but even if all of that 25% goes our way.... There would be a rise in all branches of government to stop Trump and us from the true results of our free election.
If this 25% pays out, then it is up to us entirely to physically rise up to enforce. No one else will. Well enough normies and conservatives do that? I guess we'll see. I know I'm ready
This is actually really good to know. The loss of Pennsylvania is huge though isn't it? I thought it was basically down to the supreme Court in these battleground states that were stolen through fuckery that night.
I was under the impression that without Pennsylvania there is no realistic path to victory, courts or otherwise.
The SCOTUS does not have the constitutional authority to decide who the next POTUS will be. They might be willing to take up a case that proves there was fraud, which might nullify the 11/3/2020 election. That would still mean that SCOTUS would defer to the constitutional remedy, which lies with the legislature.
If scotus wouldn’t take evidence of Chinese involvement in our elections, plus the other mountains of proof of outright fraud, then there is no Supreme Court and it’s war time!
I honestly have no faith in any of our courts to include the SCOTUS. There is only ONE way this is going to end.

100% because many of the cases involve Governors changing Constitutionally protected voting rules because of muh covid
