I've met a substantial percentage of dumb fuck cops. We don't pay them enough to trust them. We don't pay enough for good cops. PERIOD. I prefer to police myself at this point. At least when someone wrongs me, I can protect myself without being convicted for using a weapon. AND Yes, I am assuming we are getting rid of the prosecutors and ALL Law Enforcement.
