Could someone help me out here? Obviously the MSM narrative is "Trump cases laughed out of court" but they always point to private suits or Rep. party suits and not actually team Trump (Rudy/Jenna) or Sidney Powell's cases (except to talk about typos). How are the actual cases doing in course?
Please, I'm not concern trolling - I need actual comebacks for those good questions when discussing this with NPCs.
You have to file and then lose in all the lower courts first before you can submit it to SCOTUS. It's just going through the predictable process now. The 3rd Appellate was the last stop before SCOTUS.
