“Affidavits” of identity outlawed nationwide and at all overseas polling places.
Any vote not counted by 11:59:59 PM on Election Day is invalid and tossed.
Overseas polling places must have all votes tallied and delivered to the US State Department by 3:00 PM EST on Election Day for tabulation and distribution to corresponding State-level Secretaries of State.
Trump emphatically stated yesterday that ballots must be received by the "LEGAL DEADLINE". He was referring to the US Constitution having no provision whatsoever for ballots received after election day. It's clear cut. Remember the recent ruling by SCOTUS basically telling Cuomo that he has no authority to deprive people of their constitutional rights even in the name of a scamdemic.
