My 2 cents. Redaction is the letters "CI" or "CID" in front of the word case. CID meaning counter intelligence division @ FBI HQ. Strzok was head of or deputy of the CID at FBI. "No issues." means not the Russians or foreign agents. "Our guys" means Americans ergo the FBI knows, Seth Rich, so this is not a case for CID. Backbrief meaning the FBI DC office is going to tell Strzok (CID) the Seth Rich story. He was a Bernie Bro working at the DNC, young, idealistic.
