Even if we assume it wasn't Seth Rich who did it (which is necessary for the "our guys" to mean FBI insiders, and because Seth doing it completely invalidates this theory anyway), and even if we assume "our guys" refers to FBI agents/insiders/whatever, the mere fact they talk of the "hack of the DNC server" as if that actually happened invalidates the theory in and of itself. These people clearly don't know anything. They are FBI worker bees being told what to do and refer to talking points as if they are reality.
I think this shows that "our guys" is referring to whom they are told were suspects, to keep them busy. Because they literally think a DNC server was hacked.
