It's not about cheap labor, Big Tech is making insane profit already, they aren't looking to save 10% on salary costs.

It's about having the people to work on the systems that are going to be designed to suppress your constitutional rights. US Developers will resist working on some of these systems and turn into whistle blowers.

Foreign developers are needed to work on these systems because they just do what they are told and they have no embedded sense of freedom.
