If it somehow got repealed there would be a bipartisan push to have it replaced with something else.

The pedes here were blind and deaf yesterday when they celebrated Trump's tweet. The act he threatened to veto passed in the house and senate with over 2/3rds majority. If he vetoes, that same 2/3rds majority will over-ride the veto.
I'd have to be in favor of bigger government to agree. 1st amendment is enough for me. I don't see navigating their system as a plus. Until the problem is uprooted it will exist.
