I know I have seen rigging down ballot for as long as I have participated in politics, so over 30 years, in several states. But it wasn't nearly this scale before electronic shit got involved, because it was a lot harder.
But even without deliberate rigging, leftists have always played dirty. Smear campaigns, voter intimidation and suppression, paying people to vote are all things I have seen.
That's why it is not enough for Trump to prevail. Voter laws must be reformed. That will be a gift to America from Trump. Perhaps just having certain data verified statistically by a certain date, and if they can't explain any discrepancies, the state legislature chooses the delegates to the electoral college. Election officials need to be held accountable to the disenfranchised, civilly and criminally.
They did rig it to an extent in 2016. Dems started recounting but Hilary conceded after three counties turned up more votes for Trump, so they stopped recounting.
