As an example of why they are wrong:
Powell's "kraken" suit is full of really weak bullshit like fractional vote totals based off the Edison/NY Times feed. They are literally trying to take a 3-4 significant digit percentage share and work backwards with millions of votes to get the vote shares of each candidate. And they got a fractional result which proves fraud in their minds... except you will always get a fractional result unless the vote total is divisible by the divisor of the percentile, which is extremely unlikely. And the percentile is of course rounded- rounded from base 2 or base 10 math, we don't know.
Total asspull example of the math:
1 million votes:
50.71 for candidate A = 507100 votes
48.32 for candidate B = 483200 votes
0.72 for candidate C and so on because a million divides evently
Doing the math with 1,000,001 votes you get Sydney Powell kraken magic!
1,000,001 votes
50.71 for candidate A = 507100.507 votes
48.32 for candidate B = 483200.483 votes
0.72 for candidate C and so on
Notice the pattern? Almost all vote totals will produce fractional vote counts if you work backwards from a low precision percentage and a vote total. Even if you work backwards from a 64 bit percentile (ie an unsigned double), you will often get fractional amounts. There are an assload of numbers that won't divide evenly by either a fraction of 2 or a fraction of 10 (we don't know if they are doing base 2 or base 10 math internally to generate the feed).
The math is the wrong approach though. My point is that completely non-rigged elections would produce the stuff Powell is using as proof of rigging. It's a false positive that only a mathematically illiterate person would put forward as proof.
Pen testing and code audits are the way you prove electronic rigging.
Vote spikes are suspicious not because of hacking but because they are allegedly the result of enormous quantities of real votes that got fed into tabulators but would have had to be counted at a physically impossible rate.

I think it’s a crapshoot as to what will happen. At this point, it doesn’t matter if there was fraud, the perception is prevalent enough that Americans do not have faith in the system anymore.
