It's a half measure. SCOTUS should have just ruled Gruesome's behavior as unconstitutional - because that's what it is. Set the precedent and be done with it. The SCOTUS needs to come out strong against unconstitutional restrictions. They didn't rule on this, they just sent it back to the lower court telling them to see the SCOTUS 5-4 case in NY. So now it has to go back to the lower court, which they can just ignore. Just like the writ of mandamus to Judge Sullivan on Flynn's case.
