I've worked in tech for many years and I find it extremely suspect that instead of changing votes which would be so easy the algorithm "broke." When an algorithm breaks it either totally malfunctions or responds in an unpredictable way. It doesn't change votes.
By "broke" I mean it continued to do it's job, but the margin of victory was so large, that the pre-selected algorithm would not have succeeded for Biden. They had to stop counting and haul in illegal ballots.
