Follow up tweet

"The Wisconsin Supreme Court said the case must first wind its way through lower courts."

Seems like a pretty big detail to leave out of the headline.

read this and stfu people.

horrible reporting. The supreme court cannot take a case head on, it must try cases that go through the lower courts and and are appealed to a higher level.

Blows my mind that the left can keep getting away with claiming there is no evidence, when we can't even get a fucking chance to show any in these sleazebag courts.

Scotus just denied Mike Kelly's suit in PA.

8
CanadianTrump 8 points ago +9 / -1

that is not the SCOTUS. it is PA Supreme Court.

MAGAmigo 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hate to tell you this, but the PA Supreme Court is not SCOTUS.

For those wondering, SCOTUS UPLOADS ALL OF ITS ORDERS TO ITS WEBSITE.

no such order has been entered.

"Kelly, of Butler, R-16th Dist., asked for the stay on Wednesday while the U.S. Supreme Court considers the petition for appeal that he filed on Tuesday over the state Supreme Court ruling."

Many states elect their judges to terms. They were cowards.

This is a big deal. Not enough time left to go through lower courts.

1
rektsauce 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can it go to the SCOTUS?

5
AngryBrit 5 points ago +6 / -1

If it doesn't go to SCOTUS, it will go straight to the ammo box.

Mintap 1 point ago +1 / -0

reminder Bush v. Gore was argued Dec 11th and decided Dec 12th.

1
FuckRioters 1 point ago +1 / -0

Does that mean we just go straight to the SCOTUS?

GEOTUSSUPREME 0 points ago +1 / -1

IF I AM READING CORRECTLY, MEANS IT HAS TO GO THROUGH LOWER COURTS FIRST. SO PRETTY LIKELY IT'LL DIE BEFORE SAFE HARBOR DATE MEANING THIS WAS A CUCKED DECISION
