This is security footage of the counting room in Georgia, timestamped 11pm nov 3rd - after all poll watchers from both sides were sent home. Nonstandard bins are removed from beneath the table/cloth and distributed to counters.
According to the edison data, a batch of 23,487 votes that went 98% to biden was uploaded at 12:18am on Nov 4th.
4 bins / 24k = 6k per bin/suitcase, 6k ballots = 12 reams, which is about what a suitcase would hold. 12 reams is also approx 60lbs, which would explain why these are wheeled about.
