The damndest thing about this is nothing will be done about it. No one will face trial. No one will go to jail. No one will be arrested. There will be no consequences.

I give them until January 21st 2021 before I officially give up on the legal system.

Don't you know that Democrats are bulletproof? They actually believe that even Conservatives won't shoot over something as minor as a stolen election. Besides, the police will protect them.

Hopefully not, but we go where the no-brakes train takes us.

They are at the Senate committee seeking a civil remedy, that the legislature invalidates the election, or invalidates some ballots....whatever, they are seeking civil relief, not trying to get people criminally charged.

Now, the US DoJ could investigate and criminally charge people, like the 4 people who counted ballots from unmarked suitcases in the dead of night, but Bill Barr has already indicated that's of no interest to the DoJ, because there's no evidence, so we can pack that in now.

I wonder if the GBI has any interest in investigating vote fraud? Will they go rogue and defy Governor Kemp?

Circumstantial you can punt investigations all day long. When it’s on tape...putting your cushy state le job at risk for four strangers committing crimes is another story.

You would have to assume Barr or his staffers have seen this tape and read the corroborating affidavits of what this shows and what it means, and Barr is already quite clear that no big fraud happened. He said that, presumably after seeing this, and probably some of the other hinkey stuff that went on. Barr is out and proud about his DoJ not doing shit about these 4 people, or anyone else. So OK, that just leaves it up to the GBI or the local county sheriff.

Let's wait and see if any of those 4 people actually get indicted for anything. My bet is no, but I hope I'm wrong.

Oh no I didn’t mean Barr. I think GBI May be forced to investigate.
