Then when no one is around to check legitimacy as they count, they run those ballots through a machine. Narrator says that these machines can count 3,000 ballots an hour, and a total of two hours was recorded of no proper oversight. Isn’t clear how many in the box or how many machines to me, but one machine alone could do 6,000 ballots in that time which is enough to swing a county result.
the precinct should be known of where it's from. We could see the data dumps from this time and see the ratio of Dem to Rep votes. If it went up significantly then it's not a coincidence
Poll workers sent all the observers home saying they would continue at 8 am. After all observers and news were sent home, for 2 hours 4-5 people pulled ballots out from under a table and scanned them in secret.
The observers were roped off with the media, so far away they couldn't see any ballots, couldn't see the scanners due to room curvature etc.

There was a batch of 23,487 votes uploaded at 12:18am that went minimum 98% for Biden (absolute minimum adjusting for possible decimal places).
