The ACLU thing is super concerning, they are most definitely not a non partisan group these days (ever?).
The fact that they were in charge of making sure people didn't double vote (via absentee and in person) is B.S.
The whole test scanning thing also sounds crazy, were they scanning them into "test tabulators" or real ones? Were test ballots actually tabulated into real totals? Is that why that had to do one for each line / candidate? Random people came in making test ballots as well. So insanely insecure.
what struck me was the fact she said "i could print off "test" ballots all day if i wanted". well then what stopped somebody from doing that? the "test" ballots were obviously the same as a real ballot if the machine was counting them.

I think what they were alluding to is that test ballots were possibly being stolen instead of being spoiled like they should be.
