I don't want to rain on the parade, but this request of the Governor was not sent with the idea that he would approve it. He immediately said no. The governor is now on record simultaneously saying the PA election was without fraud while refusing to answer any simple questions about how the election was conducted and denying any ability for the legislature to look into it.
The PA Constitution is beautiful, but it has a major hole. For 1 month every 2 years the entire House and half the Senate cease to exist until new members are sworn in following an election (All members serve for 2 years). To my knowledge this has never been an issue until now. The letter to the Governor requests an immediate emergency session to swear in new members so that the legislature can act on election related issues. Of course the Governor would never do that, because he's a Dem and is assuring everyone the election was wonderful.
The Governor and Secretary of State have now received 3 letters with detailed questions, and have refused to answer any of them. Dominion also refused to attend a PA House info meeting, even when they wouldn't have been under oath. This is beyond ridiculous, and I feel no major change will occur until the US Supreme Court gets involved.
Alito can still throw out all the votes that did not arrive on time of election day.. he said they must put them all aside just in case it does get ruled on for remedy
