Can someone please explain to me if we are going to be getting any of these cases to the Supreme Court? And if so, does this have to happen before Dec 14th?
Can Trump still refuse to concede even if states certify?

After this series of hearings, it will be harder for SCOTUS to NOT hear an appeal. Technically, the Supreme Court is not bound by the Dec 14 date, but they may be more reluctant to change an election after the electoral college has met.
Trump can still refuse to concede at any point.
