I don't know any of Rudy's achievements, but you guys seem to think he's top notch. I'm not so sure, but no matter. When Porter-Wright left the big PA fraud case, they started what would become an absolute mess. The lawsuit was amended several times, which judges really don't appreciate, and when asked to speak on the content of the allegations, Rudy ended up getting confused about which complaints were in the lawsuit and which weren't, since it was amended so many times. When claiming that PA law allowing to cure ballots was unconstitutional, he ended arguing for too little scrutiny, because he conflated 'level of scrutiny for unconstitutional law' with 'level of scrutiny applied to the lawsuit' in terms of whether to dismiss or not. It just really sucks to see something so important get bungled like this. It's not even really fully Rudy's fault. The revolving door of lawyers made for an unnecessarily difficult lawsuit. I really hope Trump's team gets its proverbial shit together. And for what its worth, I think they will. Just as long as the lawyers the hire don't backstab them and jeopardize the cases from here on out.
