Unfortunately I think the volume of evidence is going to be a slight hinderance to the legal case. The judge isn't going to be able to get through it all in time. He'll have to skim through and if he's partisan he'll be able to cherry pick the weakest pieces of evidence and present those pieces as reason for ruling against the case and then when stronger evidence is referenced he can say he "didn't have time."
I hope that doesn't happen, but with the way most other court cases have been going I'm less hopeful than I would have been weeks ago.
I’m sure they can winnow it if need be if they have to appeal. This is a Presidential election not a parking dispute.
Also this may be why we are getting a public legislature session so that the evidence is public and when the judge says its weak they can point to the public hearing days ago and say “the video is out there.
