Am I racist for thinking ballots for an election in the USA should only be printed in English? I

Not completely racist. If you are a citizen they you most likely speak English. If you are recently naturalized then you might or might not be totally proficient in English. I would much rather the ballot be printed in a language they fully understand than get too hung up on it not being English. I mean, there's been a few ballot measures I've seen that had me standing there at the polling booth for a few minutes trying to understand what the heck it means. And i'm a native speaker.

Yes because we are at a stage where common sense is racist

Remove all Spanish language from the USA.

Canada's death is due to being officially "bi-lingual", although these days they have street signs and advertisements in arabic, chinese, punjabi, and a hundred more.

The whole multi-lingual idea is just another way to keep us divided as a nation.

"Also, sometimes a state/county/city might contract with a large printing company like RR Donnelly which will contract out to smaller print shops. If the print shop he works for does printing for RR Donnelly, then it's probably legit. Assuming the ballots are not pre-filled!"

Shipping for that would be ridiculous and time consuming. So, why so far away? Fraud is why.

The county had a previous contract with a different printer in GA. Source is someone on TDW.

This should be a controlled product, meaning it has to be done under specific conditions and within specific location(s). They have the same restrictions as Pharma/Lotto printing. It can't just be "handed off" to sub-contractors. The paper, the inks should all be of an exact type, not a specific, and the batch/lot numbers will need to be logged.

Also, if this is in NY State, they have some of the most restrictive requirements on Printing/Films/Paper companies. That is why those types of business have gone the way of the Dodo.

Did printing for 10 years, of controlled products.
