Just a wild ass guess. I don't know if the US Marshals, who are supposed to be responsible for witness relocation, are snake infested like the rest of the DoJ. If Bill Barr is over the US Marshals, then I'm probably right. If they are separate and not controlled by Barr, maybe there's hope, if this is true.
