Depends on how the judge rules. For NV, our best bet is more likely that the state gets thrown out. If the legislature is ordered to choose electors, I don't think NV is conservative.
At the end of the day, this Judge doesn't want to deal with it. He will push it to the Supremes

Sounds like he is saying that he will not dismiss. So that sounds like maybe this was only a motion to dismiss and thus if Trump wins it goes to trial and not that the judge will make a final ruling. Thoughts? Does anyone know?

I was watching this. I thought the defense attorney would never shut up! All he did for what seemed like over an hour was say “there’s no evidence!” It was so tedious and boring and it made my blood pressure rise. I’m glad judge appears to be impartial
