The building was evacuated because of a "broken water-main", but that was debunked to be a lie. Four poll workers stayed behind to secretly count. This occurred around 11:00PM EST.

The machines can tally ~3000 votes per hour. There were 4 stations and they secretly counted for 2 hours. 3000 * 4 * 2 = ~24000 ballots.

If you watched the Michigan hearing even though it was not on tape there were pictures corraborrated by the time the forensic expert saw the spike. So now we have 2 states with documented evidence for timing of spikes. In Wisconsin it is arguable that when a staffer was seen at 4:30 am putting a USB key in and a spike occurred that is evidence.
