The building was evacuated because of a "broken water-main", but that was debunked to be a lie. Four poll workers stayed behind to secretly count. This occurred around 11:00PM EST.

The machines can tally ~3000 votes per hour. There were 4 stations and they secretly counted for 2 hours. 3000 * 4 * 2 = ~24000 ballots.

This was unrelated to the boxes as the ballots still required manual scanning. This was a UBS stick in addition to the boxes and the other fraud. GA is a red state.
