One minute I’m pissed about the quality of testimony and feel like “this is the best witness we have” and the next minute I’m hyped up about the witness, but pissed about how they are being treated, or the committee members lack of understanding. Some of it is totally BS and is super transparent who the DEM members of committee are.... you can tell by their line of questioning.
After hearing all the testimony and evidentiary statements, they spend 30 minutes thanking each other for the “great, hard work” and vow to “do something about it”...
Will ANYTHING be done? Will ANYONE be held accountable in these states (and others)?
Can we expect any of these legislative bodies to actually stand up and do the right thing? I’m hopeful the if ONE state does the right thing, it will open the door for others to follow... but that’s not how it’s supposed to happen.
