My simple explanation, knowing something about the military, is that all the crews are short flight time and testing due to covid shutdowns and they need qualification time.

Just a guess...units are behind mandatory training big time in Reserves.

Oh my god a black hawk just flew over my house!

I had 4 of them fly over earlier today in El Paso, and a flight of 6 Apache a couple of days ago. I'm leaning towards it being just catching up on training time before the end of the year, but I guess we'll see.

"Grandpa what was it like to take a human life when you fought in CW2."

"I don't know, I only killed commies and traitors."

A friend of mine in the DOD sent me this tweet out of the blue and then went silent.

Well, it’s one more than 90, you see. Most chopper counts go to 90. This one goes to 91. That’s one more, isn’t it?

This combined with the 40 Osprey's from earlier this week show some sort of domestic troop movement that is uncommon.

Hence I am posting to see if anyone has more information

Did they give out free helicopter riders, are they Helicopter Rides of Freedom™?

I prefer the latter, frankly, as its really freedom from being a bad commie to finally being a Good Commie®.

Troop and asset movements are key indicators of pending operations.

Could be training Or Could be prepping for a national operation

Hence why I was curious

Even if we split each special ops team into 3, do we have 30 special ops teams?

1
thoughtcriminal 1 point ago +1 / -0

Holy shit, that’s almost 92 Blackhawk helicopters.
