I didn't bother getting tested. I live in a city, I haven't been locking myself in 24/7, and I've got the symptoms. No point in sticking a Chinese cotton swab up my nose to get an unreliable test result.
EDIT: Started yesterday with a low-grade fever that got worse throughout the day, plus aches and a dry cough. Last night I woke up absolutely DRENCHED in sweat. Today I've felt cold. Like, you know how when you have a fever, you're hot but you feel like you need to warm up? I'm cold and yet I feel like I need to cool down. It's the weirdest thing.
I hear I should expect shortness of breath and fatigue tomorrow. We'll see.
My 93 year old Grandma got it and is recovering ( slowly, but recovering). Her 90 year old sister got it...also recovering. Rest up, don’t be scared, and feel better soon!
Just gonna stay in and keep working from home. Then I'll bounce back and carry on.
(Like 99.97% of everyone else who gets it.)
I blame the semi-sketchy pho place I had lunch at this past weekend.
It was delicious. I regret nothing.
Any symptoms? Could the test be fake?

Only 5% chance you have 'rona.
You may have this newfangled disease called the "flu". I heard it's actually dangerous.
Apple cider vinegar soaked cloth on your forehead to help bring down your fever. Plenty of fluids.
I wish we had a pede close to you to check on you and get you some soup.
Be sure to let the rona go when you are done with it. We love you man. Stay safe, rested, and hydrated.
Up vote for sadness.
Get well soon!
Don't be sad, don't be scared. It's not something you want Grandma to get, but for almost all of the rest of us, it's nothing to worry about.

Speedy recovery wishes. Congrats on your upcoming immunity!
To celebrate, I'll just give you all a big fat kiss!
Or the flu or the common cold, the test can't tell the difference.
C, D, Zinc, tea. Zinc lozenges or the dissolvable tablets on the back of your tongue if you've got the sore throat.
Robitussin for the cough, Tylenol for the fever.
Should be fine!
Vitamin D and hot herbal tea! Let us know how you're doing. Ok?
Get well soon pede. I had a cold a few weeks ago , I was fine after a few days, just a tickle in my throat.
Please EXPLAIN your experience.
Eat some Zinc and some Orange. You will be fine fren.
Not at the same time, citric acid reacts with Zn and inhibits absorption. Best to get your C and D from a multivitamin if you're taking Zn too.
Check out Chlorine Dioxide (https://keithcu.com/wordpress/?p=4084) or HCQ / Quercetin + Zinc.
This! C, D, Zinc, Quercetin, aspirin, and sleep
It's called the flu.
Tasteless.
