Remember, these hearings are just a TV show in order for fraud to be common knowledge. Trump's season finale, per se.

He doesn't NEED the RINOs to do anything because we know China is involved. International crime = D.O.D. jurisdiction. The constitutional argument indeed is plan B, and a great way to smoke out the RINOs.
