What that means is if this were a statewide issue, those meager 37 votes can be extrapolated to around 15,000, a swing of 30,000 votes. And that’s just one small piece of the vote fraud / election fraud pie in Georgia.

Remember that a swap takes .25% from one canidate and gives .25% to the other. The effective spread is 1/2 of 1%

.25% was in reference to the percentage of the population of Georgia that county represents - if I’m not mistaken.

I did the math and 37 votes from the 14000 total in that county is about .25%

Also remember that this is from ONE machine in Ware county.

What if there were 20 machines in Ware county? Well that would be 2.5%, or a 5% change in vote share.
