I did the math and 37 votes from the 14000 total in that county is about .25%
Also remember that this is from ONE machine in Ware county.
What if there were 20 machines in Ware county? Well that would be 2.5%, or a 5% change in vote share.
Yup, the whole point of Dominion was only to flip the last bit you needed that you couldn't achieve with 'on the ground' fraud.
