Literally all the poster there does is provide an image (no timestamps or references of any sort) with an elaborate story, without referencing having contacted any media outlets AT ALL, even local ones

And since he provided the image, we are supposed to assume he took the photo, right? So why couldn't he identify either of the cops shown?
