Fulton County was planning to stop counting at 10:30pm. It was a premeditated steal.

Premeditation:

[Fulton elections head Richard Barron] said they will stop scanning ballots at 10:30 p.m. and pick it up back in the morning. No official could explain before press time why Fulton was stopping its count of absentee ballots at that time, only saying that was the procedure.

Water Pipe Burst:

Fulton County’s absentee-by-mail processing operation at State Farm Arena was delayed at least two hours Tuesday after a water pipe burst in a room with ballots.

“There was a pipe that burst in the room where we actually had ballots, thank goodness that none of those ballots were damaged,” Dwight Brower, with Fulton County elections, told the elections board Tuesday night.

Fulton Commission Chairman Robb Pitts told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Tuesday evening that the pipe burst at 6:07 a.m. and within two hours. The burst pipe wasn’t mentioned by county officials during a 10 a.m. press conference.

They water line break may have been to signal other states that Georgia was going through with the plan and that they needed to as well. They didn't report it in the morning news and waited until the evening to share it. It was fixed by 8:07 am so why not share at 10 a.m.? Additionally, we l later find out it was a water line at all.

There's more ( Impossible Timeline ):

As of 5 p.m., Fulton had scanned 86,191 of the 130,517 absentee-by-mail ballots received, which doesn’t include the ballots received in today’s mail, [Ralph] Jones said. [ Ralph Jones, a top Fulton elections manager]

Fulton County Reports 146,994 absentee mail-in ballots (which could be dropped off in drop-boxes). They're reporting that 16,477 were received on Nov 3. However, in the two weeks leading up to the election they received only 2500 - 3000 per day.

At 11am on Nov 4:

Fulton County says it has around 67,000 absentee ballots left to be processed. Election director says they hope to be done by around 7 p.m. tonight. [src: https://archive.is/BFnap#selection-5657.1-5686.0]

A closer look at Fulton County shows about 211,000 absentee ballots were mailed out. Richard Barron, the county elections chief, said as of Oct. 21, approximately 96,000 absentee ballots have been returned and processed.

Extra Juicy:

Ralph Jones appears to be strikingly similar to the man in the security footage pulling the suitcase out from under the table.

Like rigging sports. They show the fix is in by doing something at a certain time, like a hit batter in baseball to start the third inning or two consecutive turnovers during a basketball game to start the third quarter.

It does seem like everyone had a "tell".

Water Pipe

Ran out of ink

Detroit, they were too stupid?

Lets cover the windows with cardboard

Exactly! The water line break was told to the press at the afternoon briefing. And the story was completely made-up. It wasn't a pipe that burst and it wasn't in a room with ballots. They knew that the media would report it if they said it was in a room with ballots. Thank goodness, though! No ballots damaged.

“There was a pipe that burst in the room where we actually had ballots, thank goodness that none of those ballots were damaged,” Dwight Brower, with Fulton County elections, told the elections board Tuesday night.

Clearly says a pipe burst in a room. Clearly includes no damage to ballots to ensure the media actually reports it. It comes out on CNN and other stations at night with no extra information and let's everyone know Georgia is going through with the plan.

Well, based on how many were left to count at 5pm on Nov 3 and how many were still left to count at 11 am on NOv 4, I don't think they were scanning any already processed ballots. These were all new ballots.

Someone needs to find Mr. Brower and ask him some questions

Obviously premeditated, they hid the fake ballots then took them out when they kicked out everybody.

Yes! But my point is the elections officials were in on it. They're the ones who said counting would stop at 10:30pm

[Fulton elections head Richard Barron] said they will stop scanning ballots at 10:30 p.m. and pick it up back in the morning. No official could explain before press time why Fulton was stopping its count of absentee ballots at that time, only saying that was the procedure.

But no explanation of why! They're all in on it.

Yes, my thinking is that they agreed on a story to tell the press, since there was no pipe burst anywhere, they lied together, they cheated together.

Water pipes ... makes me think of water boarding ... maybe Richard needs some motivation to explain why he stopped counting and who ordered it.
