Barr would need to investigate it to find it, they don't go to court on the public testimony of random people. They can't move that fast, and based on the last several months Barr has been around, investigations are really witness intimidation. Trump should have picked a person of action and results.

We know what is going on in the civil Courts, we do NOT know what's going on with the pursuit of Criminal behavior.

No US Attorney is not investigating using FBI agents. Per Rudy, his witnesses are not being interviewed. Per one of Kline's witnesses in this PA nightmare, they can't get a US Attorney or the FBI interested. That means the DOJ does not want to investigate.
The DOJ has no evidence because they are not looking for any. It's just like the lap top. No DOJ interest. Barr is part of the swamp IMHO.

I would respond with this isn’t Barr’s jurisdiction. These suits are going through the civil courts.
