Another indicator for me with the Edison data is that the county level data for Fulton county shows 100% reporting at 5:43am to 8:59am on 11/4 with 444,424 votes. Then at 4:43pm on 11/4 with 459,960 votes, but the percent report went down to 89%. The county ultimately ends with 524,659 votes. The total vote in 2016 was 430,599.

Something stinks. This counties results need to be forensically audited or thrown out entirely.
