Fact checkers should be legally liable for their claims. Retractions are not enough. To state something as fact to the public, while working a position that proclaims to be a truth bearer, should hold legal liability. They can flat out lie to the public and get away with it without repercussion.

Also the attorney said state law requires that ballots be secured when there is not bipartisan presence. ballots were taken out ballots were opened , these ballots also did not go through the normal process all the others did all day , why? Also , they were looking out the windows and made sure everyone had left before getting out the "suitcases" . Which the attorney even said at the "hearing im not sure what they are but we will call them suitcases". I cannot believe people fall for this shit, they are willfully ignorant you can see with your eyes even a bias person could at minimum say this looks very suspicious.
