Honestly, historically, the legislature is pretty based, but knows that Philly and Pit and Shale run the state. I can see them doing it to a- Fuck the current Governor, and b- Sticks it to the big cities where there is corruption and grift.

A grass roots movement is the only way for the legislators to grow a backbone, in the next 6 days.
