[The 98% for Biden 23487 vote event] happened at 12:18 AM local time. A rollback of 28966 votes happened soon after the video at 1:12 AM. And here's what that tells you: [Theory of the case re. Edison rigging]
Understand that it's looking likely that Dominion system is not driven by the election vote counts, rather the reverse - the election vote results start in Dominion and are given to the counties. When if they diverge too much, physical fraud is needed to reset the ballots to match the computer model in case they are audited. So this is what happened in sequence:
Dominion set a target goal for the percentage results for Biden and Trump (before the election)
Fulton county was earmarked as one of the fraud centers where the results could be heavily skewed if needed to hit the election goal.
As the count center tabulators connected to Dominion and reported tabulated counts (Dominion gets to see them and adjust its model before it reports (made-up) numbers back to the count center), the Dominion model ran out of manipulation room because other counties were reporting in strong for Trump and it's programmed to concentrate the skew in fraud centers, where it can be hidden if needed.Given the total count of votes, which is easily checked and has to be preserved, it needed to make a batch 85% skewed to Biden at 10:57 to reach its overall Georgia election targets. Alarms went off at Dominion and probably alerted Democrat officials to start preparing heavy physical fraud.
At 12:18AM the batch had to be skewed 98% to Biden to preserve the overall Georgia election goal. They can now no longer rig the election without starting to lie about the vote count, and they have to backfill paper ballots to cover for the earlier skewing, which is obvious and will show if inspected. Officials were called to eject the poll watchers with whatever excuse was needed.
By around 1:00AM or so the poll watchers were ejected
At 1:12AM Dominion reset the count to remove 28966 votes to give them enough headroom to rig it going forward.
Around 1:15AM, the poll workers began stuffing pre-prepared paper ballots. These are not to change the count (the count is electronic and was changed an hour before). These are to replace the actual far-off-the-reported-results ballots, which are incriminating, with fake ballots that match the percentage results they have already reported out through the media.
Simultaneously they are shredding or discarding an equal number of real ballots. There will be a shredder truck or ballots in the trash found following 1:15AM.

Ok, we actually agree on times and events, you are correct and I'm incorrect re "large dumps" - I thought you were referring to the 98% Biden event at (23,487 votes) occurring at 1:19 (it's at 12:18) but you're talking about something else: large size vote dumps. I didn't read carefully enough.

You did some great stuff here fren, I should have read it more carefully but this large dump stuff is great, I was only looking at skewed dumps. I think we're really starting to get together decent theories on how the rigging worked now that we can correlate w/ on-the-ground evidence.

That is one working theory, yes - that they fake the numbers electronically and then backfill the paper as needed. OP's find actually fits with this: once they have ejected watchers and broken the chain of custody it's weapons free and they can truck in as many ballots as they want (to backfill as much electronic lift as they want). At that point they have to let the total election turnout rise though. Basically the landslide broke the rigging algorithm and they need to truck in fake votes and pump up the total turnout until they get enough Biden votes (as well as discard as many Trump votes in that district as they can get away with).

No and I highly doubt it. We don't know what happened at other precincts though, this one just happened to be caught. Precinct timeseries data isn't as accurate I have found, but looking into it.
