If the machines are written to give the enemy 5 ace cards per hand, what's the point in playing in the game? I'll never get 5 aces in my hand.

This is important. If you don't vote, you're 100% certain your vote won't count for who you would vote for, and 62.9% sure it will count for someone you you wouldn't vote for (someone else using it in your behalf). If you do vote, you might have a 9.3% chance it will count for who you would want to vote for, which is better than the previous odds. If I were you, I'd vote.
