This is doomsday talk over dot win.

Will smaller sites struggle? 100%

Is it the end for smaller sites? Not necessarily and it won't happen instantly. TDW could go private, or overseas or just take down posts more often to avoid lawsuits. Pirated manga and movie sites I visit, keeps on getting taken down legally for copyright and they resurrect multiple times, like cockroach.

Smaller websites have disadvantage, but they also have advantage of just being able to resurrect much easier than Big Tech sites.

Also, other countries do not necessarily have 230 immunity legislation but they still have thriving websites. Sure, most of the big websites are American and in some countries overall censorship is worse. But targeted, politically-biased censorship happening in the US is way worse, IMO.

It would be especially the end of small sites -- not giant ones which can continue to review material and have full time teams of lawyers.
