Yeah I wasn't drawing any conclusions about the language of the tweet, mainly I was curious what exactly he meant as I'm not familiar with the whole veto process and what that entails (not American). That's why I asked, does the "last chance" refer to some procedural detail about the Bill that I wasn't aware of or if he was simply refering to whether or not he is president.
