Trump will have a firm constitutional foundation to protect this country and he is doing everything in his power to fulfill that responsibility. At this point though, how do we think this will play out? Overturning in the courts is the best option at this point but if the courts can’t find the spine to enforce the law then what’s the next step? Maybe get the SecDef to lay out the justification for nullifying the election and sending the vote to the House of Reps? To me that seems likely. Painful for the country but still likely.

Tables the case mid-December and grants injunction to hear the case early January.

Whew, that would be spicy. An openly armed citizenry showing up on the streets of DC would definitely take it up a notch. On a side note Donald Trump Jr for head of the NRA might be a nice change. Haven’t heard a peep out of those people. Wondering what they’re using my dues for.
I think military will be involved in this repair.. the recent allowance of hangings and firing squads, all the planes to gitmo, all the military planes in the air at much bigger rates than normal, rumors of large military contingencies camped near major cities, something in trumps speech made me think the military would do the next GA recount

State reps could cast delegates for President Trump based on fraud, or it could go to SCOTUS and they could either rule mail in ballots are illegal; or allow congress to vote. Each state gets one vote. GOP has state majority.
Many states have faithless elector laws so the scotus and House route seems more plausible since we’re the side keeping it legal.
