My theory of what's going on: If the corruption is as extensive as it seems to be, I'll bet he's had meetings where he's speaking with others that are involved about what's really going on, and when he starts saying rehearsed stuff or similar conversation directions, as he is recalling what he's supposed to say and it gets mixed up with what he had said at those previous times. This would explain the voter fraud organization slip up he had before the election as well. It seems to me that this would be more plausible, given the cognitive issues he seems to be suffering from, than a Freudian slip.
